The End of Four Weeks Project
Today is the final day of the four week project, I decided to focus on making sure all my gun parts are fully textured and ready to be showcased.
These are the fully textured Weapons:
Gun A
Gun B
Gun C
These are the weapons in Unreal Engine 5.
These are the main body parts.
The Guns parts are very simple looking and their textures are blocked out colours, I'm not particular happy with the texture, and I will have to improve my texturing skills in the following days.
I will focus on creating high poly version of each individual peace for each components and baking them on these ones. Recreating the textured and making sure to add more details for each weapons.
The next step is learning to use ZBrush and creating high level models to bake them on mu current my guns.
I made various researches on Overwatch 2. The current state of gaming works around cosmetics.
Creating a gun for a known character is a good idea, it increases the popularity of the game and the income of the company itself.
Being good at creating these assets is my goal,
Experimenting and exploring the new Overwatch 2 gave me various Ideas and concepts that will later on affect how i would view the idea of creating Iconic weapons for the character.
I already talked about Reaper and his weapons in my past post.
Yet i still want to understand how did Jeff Kaplan and his team managed to bring everything alive and blend different characters in the world of Overwatch.
I still have more researches to do.

In this particular post a Phone Box is analysed by the Autor. This particular object has very unique distinctive elements that we associate.
We all know what is it purpose and associate the colour and shape instinctively to Red telephone box.
I also explored the concept of modern ideology. everything is more simplified.
