Sonic Circuit

I was in train today and I saw some gameplay of the recent game Sonic Frontier and I got hit by a wave of nostalgia for the blue hedgehog.

I started with created with a small concept of creating a diorama like of the grass level from the game.

I found a interesting model of sonic and adjusted it for my diorama, I made sure to not make it pop out too much, ad the end I just wanted to create a nice simple scene.

Once I finished creating the base, I started to add details with low poly assets, such as trees, grass, signs, and other obstacles

Then for a final touch I added the iconic rings.

Now moving into the textures.

I used the automatic Uv mapping for these models because they are all low poly.

Sonic UV were clean enough for me to texture them with basic colours and adjust his tones to the entire level.

Then I moved into the each individual models in the level

The level looks pretty simple, but it ahs a nice vibrant colour for it.

My model is available here: https://skfb.ly/oLQLP
